We all lose our way from time to time. With compassion and understanding, we can move through stuck places of anxiety and depression and bring well being into our relationship with ourselves and others. I support you in the process of cultivating and living a full and meaningful life. On your initial visit, you can expect inquiry about what brings you to counseling as well as your hopes and aspirations. In other words, how would you know your counseling is working for you? You will be offered support as you engage in the process of growth, understanding, and change.

Moving through anxiety, stress related emotional issues, depression, trauma, and relationship issues requires patience and compassion. Holly incorporates mindfulness, internal family systems, narrative, and recovery based approaches. When appropriate, yoga and breath awareness offers effective and empowering tools to reduce symptoms of distress and cultivate relaxation and balance.

Holly is recovery based; incorporating elements of 12 step programs as well as the body mind connection. As a certified Kripalu Yoga instructor, yoga postures and breathing practices may be used prescriptively to support and regulate mind, body and emotions, and restore peace and well being.
