“My counseling practice includes adults, adolescents and children as well as those on the DD waiver. I am trained in Sand Tray Therapy and in EMDR. I believe that as people become more accepting of themselves, they are more capable of finding happiness and contentment in their lives. If counseling is successful, you should feel that you are able to face life's challenges in the future better than you could before and can face life's challenges in the future without my support or intervention.

My strength is my flexability and my calm demeanor. I use a variety of methods depending on the needs of the client. I may use EMDR when there is trauma issues and/or offer sand tray or Psych-K. I may teach a meditation if stress is an issue.

I have a positive attitude and am able to help others find the positive aspects of their life as well as create a more positive life for themselves. I listen and communicate well and am able to teach my clients to be better communicators.”
