Are you participating fully in your own life, or are you feeling blocked in some way from engaging whole heartedly in activities and relationships? Psychotherapy is a process of discovering where we are limiting ourselves unnecessarily, and falling short of our innate connectedness and potential. First and foremost, I aim to foster a therapy relationship that is based in mutual trust and respect. From there we can work together to explore old habits and patterns, and to make room for more authentic and freer ways of being to emerge.

I have specialized training in Jungian-oriented psychotherapy, offering the opportunity of tapping into the wisdom of dreams. With patience and humility we can learn to "read" the mysterious symbolic language of our dreams and they can lead us to a deeper, more genuine relationship with ourselves and the world.

I also offer clients the option of integrating meditation principles and practice into our work together. Meditation practice invites us, over time, to begin to welcome all experience with non-judgmental awareness. This can be a powerful and profoundly healing tool to support the journey of psychotherapy.
