Do you find yourself regressing back to skills and defenses learned early in life that helped you to survive or endure your childhood experience - an experience that may have been unsafe, lonely, or painful? Addictive behaviors may have helped you survive. At some point it was more important to behave a certain way as to please others. Or you took care of a parent's needs in one way or another and learned to live as adults in children's bodies. The good news is that you DID survive. The bad news is that you never learned how to LIVE!

Addictive persons become like the walking dead in their own homes. It's as though the souls they once had, have been snatched away by an overwhelming craving. They abandon themselves just as they were abandoned, neglected, or abused by others as children.

I offer a safe place to heal from deep pain, dark secrets, and resolve emotionally complex life stressors. Allow me to assist you in moving forward in this journey of life, to chart a healthy alternative, and feel confident about your decisions as you enjoy freedom from past hurts.
