Dr. Meyers graduated from Oakland University in 2001 with a Masters degree in Counseling and from the Michigan School of Professional Psychology with a doctorate in clinical and humanistic psychology. Dr. Meyers is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
She is also a National Certified Counselor. Dr. Meyers has an advanced certificate specializing in Mental Health. Dr. Meyers completed her clinical requirements at Family Youth Interventions, Harbor Oaks Hospital, and Hendrie Crisis Residential Unit. Dr. Meyers has experience working with adolescents and adults with various mental health issues.
She has a strong background in eating disorders, working with Inner Door Center® program and philosophy since its inception. Dr. Jacqueline A. Meyers currently holds a Doctoral Educational Limited License and is supervised by Dr. Steven Fischer, PhD, Fully Licensed Psychologist.
