Hello and thank you for your interest in my practice. I am a licensed psychologist offering individual and couples therapy to adults. It can be difficult to choose a therapist who is right for you and to begin therapy. My intent is to create a supportive therapeutic environment to help you reach your therapeutic goals. Therapeutic interventions and techniques are tailored to the client's needs and personality, and treatments used are those supported by research as being effective interventions for your presenting problem.

Although I treat a broad range of clients with various presenting issues, my specialization is in trauma/Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I have a great deal of experience working with combat veterans as well as victims of sexual assault.

My practice is located discretely in the Mountain Brook office park. There is plenty of parking on location, and my office building has various different companies located in it which allows for a great degree of anonymity for those looking for private and confidential services.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
