In fact, the act of seeking help is, itself, a sign of hope. When I first meet with a client, I listen to understand what you want to change in your life. Then, through building insight and identifying effective action, I walk along the path of healing with you.

Over the last 15 years I have worked with adults, children and teens on issues such as depression, anxiety, difficult transitions, substance abuse/behavioral addictions, grief/loss, ADHD/behavior disorders, trauma and marital problems. I have also helped clients increase self esteem, cope with unchangeable situations and achieve a greater sense of peace & well-being.

I have been trained in the use of EMDR, a unique approach to treating trauma. I also am certified as a Substance Abuse Professional and help clients at all stages of addiction recovery.
