Through cognitive-behavioral therapy combined with hypnosis, you can rapidly learn to control your thinking, reframe problems, and so control how you feel and act, changing the consequences you experience in life. Hypnotherapy enables you to utilize your intuitive/insightful brain in an integrated way with your rational brain to resolve problems.

As a Certified Psychologist and Certified Hypnotherapist, I base hypnotherapy on psychological principles. I utilize a non-authoritarian technique which respects privacy and freedom. Hypnosis taps the creative power of the imagination. You actually are in control at all times, but in an easy relaxed way. Nothing happens without your permission.

I have offices in Louisville, Lexington, and Erlanger (Northern Kentucky). Evening appointments and often "last minute" appointments are available. I coach you in simple easy self-hypnosis techniques, and audiotape the sessions, e-mailing you the recordings so you can continue therapy in between sessions. You will achieve your goals.
