Ms. Jan Fradenburg

“The clients/issues I'm best suited to treating are adults who want to work on themselves, and are open to change in the service of personal growth. I encourage clients to clarify their life goals, and whether how they are operating will get them to those goals. I specialize in working with clients with issues in the areas of relationships, spirituality, grief/loss, gender roles, and sexual abuse/assault. I support clients with my expertise in finding their own answers to creating their best possible life, while giving guidance and input which facilitate their doing so as optimally as possible.

I focus with people on their relationships with others and their relationship with themselves, and help them to see how their relationship patterns manifest in all of their (personal)relationships. As a result, if they improve their basic relationship "template," they become more effective in all their present and future relationships.

I combine knowledge of the psychological factors of successful psychotherapy, and knowledge of the spiritual factors that assist people in looking at their life choices in the "big picture." I have extensive long-term experience doing private practice, and extensive "life experience" living in many countries, USA states, and Hawaii.”
