My professional training and education, have led me to specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety and couples counseling. I have the professional ability to focus on one of these issues, yet at the same time see you as a whole person with problems that need to be talked about.

I am deeply respectful of any person who comes to see me for therapy. Because I care about my client as a person, my therapeutic approach is one in which I am mindfully present. I follow the person's expressions, thinking and actions aiming for clarity and understanding.
