“Sometimes life presents us with challenges that we never dreamed of facing, or it seems that all of a sudden, those who we thought would always be there for us are not. Sometimes we feel as though there is something greater that we should be doing with our lives. Intrinsically, you have the answers; sometimes you just need help in getting to them. Be kind to yourself, and come home to your true Self.

Services are provided on a client-choice, client-centered perspective, using a mindfulness approach in healing, growing, and enriching life. I strive to encourage development of your skills to achieve realistic, authentic, and personally significant goals and I interweave mindfulness in traditional therapeutic techniques.

Couples work entails working on the relationship instead of defending our stance or viewpoint to convince our partner that we are right and they are wrong. Each partner looks at what they bring to the relationship and each takes responsibility for their part, then takes necessary steps to reestablish the bond.”
