Working together, I can help you learn ways to feel more in control, reduce your stress, improve your relationships, and reclaim the joy and hope in your life.

In addition to grief and loss, I also specialize in helping adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, and bipolar disorder. I also work with adolescents and children within family therapy to help families strengthen their ability to cope with and adapt to changes and chronic stressors.
