I have been a therapist in Tucson since 1982, providing therapy to individuals -adults, children and adolescents. I have experience in a variety of settings and have provided therapy in the privacy of my home office for the last 25 years.

I practice Redecision Transactional Analysis which is a dynamic therapy to help clients separate reality from myth about self & others. Personal responsibility is emphasized. Clients co-create a change contract within a nurturing, safe environment. I act as witness as clients decide the beliefs, emotions & behaviors they want to change.

I provide: * a safe supportive environment * therapy focused on utilizing strengths * a thorough evaluation/needs assessment * speciality in anxiety/panic disorders * option to avoid insurance & diagnosis
