In my therapy practice, I use research-informed psychotherapies to help you reach your full potential. I work with clients to help understand the nature of what and why they are struggling and, most importantly, to change any self-defeating behaviors.
In addition to my private practice, I have served as an Adjunct Professor at Palo Alto University and on the Board of Directors for the Santa Clara County Psychological Association. I also work part time at Stanford. I offer free phone consultations for your convenience.
