I offer depth-oriented psychotherapy for people working on relationships, trauma, sexuality, addictions including sexual addiction, spirituality, and men's issues. People work with me because they want to see fundamental change in these areas. Often they have already attempted to address these issues in other ways and require a deeper approach. A depth orientation means that we work beyond the obvious surface issues, to address the deeper needs of the psyche that problematic patterns emerge from. This approach to healing is grounded in training and mentorship with nationally recognized experts, success with past clients, and my own healing process.

I recognize your courage in considering therapy. It is a journey that is both challenging and rewarding. In our work together, I will take seriously your fears, pains, and struggles. I will also take seriously and help you to grow your personal gifts and resources.

My clients include women and men, straight and LGBT people. Alongside this work, I am a core faculty member at Southwestern College, where I teach masters-level counseling students who are about to enter this field, and I provide clinical supervision to other licensed therapists.

Mr. Jason Holley also hosts the following groups:

Gay Men's Psychotherapy Group
Every Thursday at 6pm - 8pm

This is an ongoing long-term psychotherapy group for gay men focused on supporting one another's healing, growth, and personal development. Group work can be a very powerful means of healing old wounds and practicing new skills, and can be especially powerful for gay men as we typically received little support or sense of group membership and often find the gay community itself lacking in the kind of depth that is needed for true intimacy.
