I started life as a stand-up comedian, and I believe heavily in the power of laughter. I work hard with my clients to not forget the positives in their situations, no matter how gloomy life may seem. My goal is for my clients, you, to get where you want to be. Life is hard, relationships are hard, and families can have more drama than any prime-time T.V. show! Let's work together to alleviate that anxiety, depression, tension, and more. Nobody said that it would be easy, but nobody said that you had to do it alone.

I have worked with people from middle school to middle age experiencing depression, relationship and marital difficulties, mood disorders, family conflicts, major life events, parenting challenges, and just feeling like life isn't going their way. Let's get back on track.

I don't believe in laying down on couches. I don't believe in taking mysterious notes while nodding and saying "uh-huh." I believe in an engaging, supportive, and very honest look at yourself, your goals, and how to reach them for you and yours.
