I accept where people are in their lives and am able to find strong points upon which to build solutions. I work with children, adolescents and adults. I assess situations and offer a variety of appropriate interventions to help move toward an increased sense of well-being.

My specialties include children, adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, GLBTQ, grief,loss,learning problems, social issues, chronic illness, adoption issues,life transitions, and self advocay skills. I work to help people create choices, and develop coping skills. Together, we create the journey toward change.
