Ms. Jean M Lubeckis

For 28 years I have been privileged to assist people during challenging periods of their lives. Those challenges include addictions, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, work, sexuality, grief and loss, post traumatic stress disorder, chronic illness. Contemporary life is challenging with many stressors that can negatively impact us and our relationships. My goal is to be your guide on your life journey and help you feel balance and comfort in life. Through an eclectic approach to your issues, we will seek solutions that allow you peace and freedom from past or present difficulties.

I have a special interest in helping people recover from difficult periods in their lives. Emotional healing and freedom from depression or anxiety are my goals. I have worked extensively with mood disorders, people living with HIV disease, GLBT issues, post traumatic stress disorder, relationship issues and grief and loss.

I have been trained in EMDR (Level I and II) and am a certified hypnotherapist. I have also been trained in Critical Incident Stress Management. I am one of the few people in Northwest Indiana that has specialized in working with HIV+ clients and their families and with the GLBT community.
