Ms. Jean Maguire

I enjoy working with people of all ages and stages of life. I like persons who are motivated to reflect on themselves to obtain insight into their problems with an emphasis on being the best they can be. I like to see people grow and change in ways that benefit them as individuals.

I have significant experience working with survivors of physical and sexual trauma. I believe it is specifically important for these individuals to experience a positive relationship to take with them on their journey.

I am committed to creating a safe environment for individuals to work in. I tend to focus on the relationship between client and therapist. I feel that if issues can be worked through in the therapeutic relationship, it will empower the individual to carry these skills over into his/her personal relationships in life.
