With an extensive background in crisis intervention, I help people overcome stress, depression, self-doubt, worry and anxiety and replace them with the tools to achieve positive change. My role is to provide the framework for understanding what you are experiencing and offer insight to help you improve. As deeply painful and uncertain as a life crisis may be, it is also a time of amazing opportunity, growth, healing and wisdom.

I am Certified in Imago Relationship Therapy, which is extremely effective for couples and invididuals. I help you get control of the immediate situation, then work with you on a longer term plan to develop insight and inner strengths in order to know contentment, peace of mind and healthy, satisfying relationships.

I'm also a Personal/Executive Coach. While therapy typically examines the past, coaching is about the future, setting and meeting goals to change your life for the better, both personally and or professionally. The same confidentiality rules apply, but coaching is future-driven. It's about living on purpose!”
