My focus is helping people feel fully alive and inspired, connected to a deep experience of personal meaning, genuineness, and an individual sense of purpose. I provide individual and relationship counseling for those interested in mindful exploration of how to live their lives from a place of integrity, wholeness, and compassion.

My treatment philosophy is collaborative, with the client and therapist working together toward common goals. I believe therapy should draw upon diverse ideas best suited to the client's needs and I work within your value system, not mine or anyone else's.
