Ms. Jennie Kristel

As an expressive arts therapist and Reiki Master, I bring a unique blend of skills, and more than 15 years experience, to helping individuals re-frame their life stories and create more fulfilling lives. I work with clients using the expressive arts,(including drama, art and movement), Reiki, and Transpersonal and Jungian psychologies. You are an agent in your own healing. I support you in developing the confidence that is needed to see clearly through the pain and grief of life experience, and to feel and breathe the power and beauty that exists within all of us.

I work with individuals who have experienced deep wounding, and profound grief and depression,to address concerns of parenting, relationship, illness, and loss. We will explore your life story through verbal work, Focusing, Art or drama. Overwhelming suffering will be replaced by feelings of hope, change, resilience, and happiness.

Having a life long disability has taught me much about challenges within myself and society, disability, and healing. I offer a sense of humor and compassion, and encourage acceptance of ourselves for who we are. In life, we change what we can, and learn to forgive ourselves in the process.
