“There are times in our lives when we feel stuck, sometimes hopeless. We face problems in living that seem impossible to overcome. Sometimes these problems are internal struggles within ourselves. Other times, these problems are interpersonal struggles with others such as our spouses or significant others, our children, and other loved ones. Whatever the presenting issue may be, my goal is to assist you in finding hope and confidence within yourself to choose and apply positive, effective solutions to the problems that lie in your path. Through therapy, I will enable you to make a positive difference in your life.

With over 10 years of experience in the field, I have treated a wide range of presenting problems--from self-harm, depression, and anxiety to issues surrounding divorce, grief/loss, and other changes in life. I specialize in working with children and adolescents, but see adults in my practice too.

Through the years, I have come to value the uniqueness of each individual. Although I often tend to utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques in my practice, I am eclectic in my approach. With all of my clients, I utilize distinct interventions to help them actualize their potential and achieve their goals.”
