I provide a compassionate and honest environment in which you feel heard and understood. This process allows for positive and powerful transformations in your relationship to yourself and others.

Therapy highlights what is and isn't working well in one's life, and my hope is to sensitively guide clients to uncover their truths. Feelings around intimacy, loss, and shame are often central themes. Couples counseling, addiction, divorce, co-parenting, physical illness, sexual identity and sexual dysfunction issues are some of my specialties.

My therapy style draws from training in psychoanalysis and dream work. I have also had extensive training in yoga from the Kripalu Center and am a certified instructor. I also provide private yoga sessions, which focus on allowing for more self awareness and self compassion. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.
