In my practice, I focus on creating a therapeutic relationship with each client, so they feel comfortable to explore themselves and build trust and confidence within themselves to create change. I work with individuals, couples and families. I use a variety of approaches which I feel allows for the best fit for each individual situation. I have recently started with a new group practice in Yukon Oklahoma which is called Stonebridge Family Services. It is exciting to be working in Canadian County and I look forward to hearing from you!

I have been trained in a technique called Parent Management Training. This technique helps parents to encourage good behaviors while managing the negative behaviors in more effective ways. It also helps parents to learn new ways to manage their own frustration with the negative behaviors that are happening in their homes.

Starting February 2012, I will have an intern who will be working in my office as well. She will be able to offer counseling services for $ 30.00 per session. This is a good option for people who may not have insurance or who may have a very high deductible.
