Jennifer Kneeland

As a licensed mental health counselor and a certified holistic counselor, I can assist you in achieving a real sense of competence, balance, and acceptance in your life. I effectively treat young adults (16+), adults and families and my lead speciality is working with couples who are either in crisis or have a desire to increase understanding and joy in their relationship. I have post-graduate training in ADD/ADHD counseling, as well as, career counseling/coaching for individuals. I am a Blue Cross and UBH Participating Provider and see clients in my South County office weekdays, weeknights and Saturday mornings.

"What we are committed to is not always revealed in what we say but in what we do." I can help individuals recognize where their actions are not matching their intentions and how to make authentic commitments to yourself and others.

I also offer couples groups and workshops for those who wish to take their hopes for their lives into right action and use the accountability and support of a group to achieve greater success.
