“As a licensed mental health counselor and a certified holistic counselor, I can assist you in achieving a real sense of competence, balance, and acceptance in your life. I effectively treat young adults (16+), adults and families and my lead speciality is working with couples who are either in crisis or have a desire to increase understanding and joy in their relationship. I have post-graduate training in ADD/ADHD counseling, as well as, career counseling/coaching for individuals. I am a Blue Cross and UBH Participating Provider and see clients in my South County office weekdays, weeknights and Saturday mornings.

I also offer couples groups and workshops for those who wish to take their hopes for their lives into right action and use the accountability and support of a group to achieve greater success.”
