Ms. Jennifer L Hiller

Clinical Social Work/Therapist , MSW , LICSW

(508) 709-0222 x5323
Do you struggle with fear and worry or feel uncomfortable in social situations? Do you dread the day ahead or maybe you feel sad for no reason at all? Sometimes we feel stuck within these feelings or may try to escape through unhealthy means. I have successfully helped people to manage these emotions and reactions to life. I am a licensed clinician with ten years post-graduate experience. I use a gentle, eclectic approach to therapy, specializing in the use of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness skills. I can also help with trauma and alcohol/drug addiction.
CBT can help you to work towards balancing thinking patterns and underlying beliefs. I use a client-centered approach to behavior change which can help you explore and resolve ambivalence. Mindfulness and meditation can provide you with an opportunity to tune into the present moment for greater clarity and peace.
Currently, I am not accepting new clients. Please email if you would like to be added to my wait list. The group for depression and anxiety is currently on hold.
