My treatment philosophy focuses on promoting behavioral change as best enhanced through positive reinforcement, empathy, support, feedback and helpful suggestions. Healing work begins by providing a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere. As a collaborative relationship between client and therapist, effective treatment outcomes center on the clients' sense of self-efficacy. These methods and techniques provide a unique and innovative delivery for behavioral health care.

I provide Individual, Family and Group Therapy specializing in the treatment and recovery from Childhood and Adult Trauma; Addiction to Alcohol & Drugs; Anxiety Disorders including PTSD, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Panic Disorder (panic attacks); Dependent personality lifestyles; Mood disorders such as Depression and Bipolar Disorder; Domestic Violence & Anger Management(court-mandated counseling).

My clinical techniques include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Group Therapy, Motivational Enhancement and Solution-Focused Therapy.
