(360) 865-4765
I am highly successful working with youth and young adults to manage issues in the realm of life adjustments, substance use, mood related issues such as depression and anxiety, self-harm, attachment related issues, trauma and abuse, and whom experience family conflict. I also work with young women who are facing body image related problems including anorexia and bulimia. I work as a collaborative partner to youth and their support system in identifying personal goals and practical tools to obtain them. Youth exit with a broader understanding of self and increased skills to assist them sustain progress and overall happiness.
I often work with adults to address mood related issues, recover and manage trauma symptoms, life adjustments, relationships, loss, or "sticking" points we all face. Clients are frequently able to move beyond old comfort zones to a place where they operate with confidence and centeredness.
Clients find that I am a dynamic therapist and work to make counseling feel comfortable. As I am highly vested in my clients progress, I accommodate busy schedules and "crisis" with phone check-ins.
