Jessica Meuse

Counselor , LCPC , NCC , MSC

(207) 358-4201
I enjoy working with adults of all ages and adolescents age 12+. I recognize that each client is unique: having different needs, learning styles and histories. My goal is to honor the client's individual needs to find the most effective and appropriate approach in handling their treatment. I have a strong grasp of the immobilizing force of anxiety, thought-based OCD, low self-esteem, and depression and look forward to helping people push through such obstacles to enjoy a rich, meaningful life.
I use humor, compassion, a casual manner, and hopefulness to put clients at ease. We all have the capacity to experience joy in our lives. I love helping clients move beyond their blocks; beyond those joy is to be found.
I am beyond fortunate to have an office that allows me to bring my beloved dog to work with me. He earns his living/kibble as the official greeter of the Mindful Soul Counseling Center.
