Dr. Jessica Ryan Cesare

Psychologist , PhD

I believe therapeutic change and progress evolve through the combination of a non-judgmental, insight oriented approach and the development of a therapeutic relationship. With insight, we are better able to gain control and understand repetitive cycles that often contribute to sadness, anxiety, and relationship conflicts. Throughout my training and postdoctoral work, I have had the privilege to gain experience in a variety of settings ranging from private practice, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, a residential treatment center. and outpatient clinics. The clients within these settings included both males and females within early childhood through late adulthood.
My training and current therapeutic philosophy heavily stress the importance of the relationship between client and therapist. Please email or call me to set up an appointment or discuss any questions you may have regarding therapy.
