I work with people who are on a journey of self-discovery and healing. I have a mind-body approach directed toward encouraging people to develop a deeper relationship with their body and true self. With 18 years experience, I offer an effective combination of healing modalities and skills, which help you release the wounds of the past, resolve inner conflicts, and restore a sense of safety in your body. As you end the struggle with yourself, you can create a greater sense of inner peace and ease in your life.

One of my specialties is stress reduction. In addition to body-centered psychotherapy and EMDR, I offer Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness to help reduce trauma/PTSD symptoms, panic attacks, anxiety, and depression. From these techniques we will tailor an individualized practice according to your interests.
