I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 16 years experience working with individuals and couples. I often see patients who struggle with unsatisfying family and personal relationships, health problems (infertility, cancer, chronic pain), grief and loss, and trouble with work and career. Change involves both insight and actual changes in one's behavior. My goal is to create a place where we can work safely to explore the origins of problems and rapidly create positive change in one's life. My approach is warm, supportive, and actively focused on bringing about lasting change.

I integrate different approaches to tailor the therapy to each client's needs. I draw from psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, family systems, and mindfulness based therapies.

I trained at various sites including NYU, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and Harvard Medical School. I have specialized training in behavioral medicine, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, couples therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction(MBSR). I accept several insurances and offer a sliding scale fee based on need.
