“Struggling with a problem or relationship? Tired of feeling the same way and repeating the same old patterns? Need more self confidence or want to feel more excited about life? I can help. Helping clients solve problems of daily living and discover new possibilities so that they feel more hopeful about the future is a primary focus of my therapy. I help clients set goals based on their strengths, while helping them manage their feelings in a way that makes them feel successful. I have expertise in working with couples, individuals and families in negotiating critical transitions in their lives.

I work with those dealing with stressors or transitions in their lives, as well as those who need adjustments or "tune ups". I have at least 20 years experience counseling families, groups, and individuals I accept all major private insurance. My office is close to downtown, convenient with free parking

I am licensed in KY as a Marriage and Family therapist, but work with ALL those in coupled relationships. I also conduct hypnosis and NLP counseling to help clients build competencies and cope successfully with anxiety and stress. Additionally,I have specializations in EMDR treatment for trauma victims.”
