“The fact you are looking for a therapist shows you have begun a worthwhile journey. Every client is unique with his or her own special needs. As a result, therapy is geared to meet the needs of each individual or couple. With my facilitation I will partner with you, which will promote healing and provide "armor" to support you as you carry yourself in the world. For several years I have been working with clients whose ages range from 3-93 because therapy works for people no matter where they are in their lifespan.

I use a client centered approach which creates an environment where you can feel relaxed and receive feedback in a non-judgmental way, which helps clients make lasting changes and have a good quality of life no matter what the pain or stressor may be.

A lot of people come in for spiritual matters because religious values will be respected and I have had a life long interest in service to others. My publications have been featured in Newsweek Magazine, MSNBC-Business and on XM Satellite Radio.”
