I have 25 years experience helping individuals, couples and families improve their relationship skills, parent more effectively, grow through life transitions and enhance their lives. About half my clients are individuals and half couples. My goal is to schedule new clients within one week.
My clients are teens through seniors with issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, work or school problems, major and/or chronic illness, women's issues, sexual identity, death/dying, empty nest, retirement, relocation, addictive behaviors and personal growth.
