“As a marriage and family therapist I work with couples, families, adults and adolescents struggling with relationship issues, poor communication and life transitions. Additionally, I work with mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. Life changing events such as marriage, divorce, death of a loved one or family member can create uncertainty and instability in one's life. Gaining perspective on these events and learning coping skills to navigate difficult situations can help through these transitions.

While working with couples or families we will address family history, communication patterns and behaviors and how those impact your relationships. Improved communication can enhance the daily experience of your relationship, relieve tension and aid in building understanding and lasting intimacy. I believe each of us will benefit from having meaningful relationships in our lives.
