Joan M Linder

I believe therapy is a partnership. Working together we discover choices for living authentically. I am strongly grounded in the medical and mental health professions with thirty years experience as an RN and ten years experience as a psychotherapist. This foundation enables me to provide competent and compassionate therapy. In my private practice we will work with a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, life and relationship transitions, grief/loss, addiction, spirituality, and 12 Step Recovery. Blending tradtitional and alternative approaches we can experiment with a variety of styles and techniques to empower you.

Our goal together is to increase self-awareness, identify self-defeating patterns, and resolve current concerns. As a psychotherapist, I feel honored to participate and witness a client's personal journey. I consider it privilege to counsel individuals by providing support, offering practical feedback, and my generous spirit.
