My ideal client is someone who needs a little help in making some lasting changes in their life. I am passionate about helping people change. I enjoy working with people college aged and above. I help people with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and medical conditions. I have also helped women with infertility issues, menopause, and difficult pregnancies.

More and more, I am seeing people with both emotional and physical problems. It is great to see these people making real progress and feeling better as the result of our work together.

I am direct and open. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients. I use a number of treatment modallities and techniques including: cognitive therapy, interpersonal relationship therapy and hypnosis.
