As a psychotherapist, I have 30 years of working with people of all ages. I believe each of us will face life challenges. I believe there are times in life that any of us may need support and guidance to get through those challenges. I have been successful helping people get through difficult times: as coping with depression, anxiety, family issues, traumas, death, divorce and raising children. I am skilled at providing the therapeutic approach that is right for you and your situation. I am experienced at psychotherapy, short-term therapy, mindfulness therapy, child and adolescent behavioral therapy and parenting. I believe,critical to our work together is the knowledge that the soul only grows after facing difficulty.

We will find the strategies and insights together, to resolve your difficulties. You gain an understanding of human nature, so you can avoid such difficulties in the future. Even though I am not currently in network with insurance companies, I will give you a bill to submit for partial reimbursement.
