My training in both traditional ie. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and alternative approaches ie. Eye Movement Desentization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Energy Psychology make my work unique. My empathetic non-judgemental manner helps clients feel comfortable. My clients quickly make progress in counselling.

Having worked over 14 years in the area of sexual assault and domestic violence, I have developed the expertise, knowledge and skills to assist clients with a wide variety of traumas whether that be abuse, harassment, serious accident, tragic death of a love one or relationship break-down.

My practice is unique in that as a registered social worker and Reiki Master, I am able to offer traditional talk therapy, alternative therapeutic approaches and body work. This assists clients to heal emotionally, psychologically, physically and spiritually.”
