"Everyone at some time in their life experiences struggles, adjustment issues and life transitions. I have more than twenty years experience in offering individual, marital, and family counseling. I have experience helping clients struggling with depression, anxiety, anger management, parenting, premarital and marriage therapy, stress management, grief and loss, spiritual struggles, and other issues. Counseling is a way to help you achieve greater personal wholeness, relational competence, and spiritual vitality. My role is to provide a confidential setting to facilitate insight, stimulate growth and assist you in achieving your goals.
I am a part of the national LifeSTAR Network that serves individuals and families struggling with porn and sexual addictions. I serve both adults and teens through individual and group therapy. I am a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist with IITAP. For those needing supervision to become a LPC, I am an LPC-S.
I serve as the Executive Director for Tuscaloosa Christian Counseling. The center seeks to integrate the best in counseling practice with the Judeo-Christian faith.
