The typical client I see is a 20/30 something who may present with mild anxiety and/or minor depression and have self-esteem and relationship issues. Additionally, work/career and purpose issues are often the focus. I create a safe, supportive environment for you to explore your experiences. You will gain understanding and positivity about your life. Your mind will quiet and you will become calmer. I am non-judgmental, related, kind and playful.
There will be clear goals that we work on collaboratively and homework is common. Your experience of yourself, your everyday functioning in the world of work and relationships and the emergence of your real self will be our focus. Your experience of happiness will increase.
I work holistically (body, mind and spirit) using techniques from humanistic, transpersonal, positive and other schools of psychology. In addition, I use techniques from the field of life coaching.
