I believe that it takes courage and wisdom to ask for help. Giving yourself the time and space to work things through is a gift to yourself and your relationships. Therapy is also a partnership for growth. I work with individuals, couples, families to help them achieve healthier relationships and to add more meaning and purpose to their lives. We live in an era of change. People often need help to move through transitions, cope with their anxieties, and work their way through depression. I like to help clients build emotional stamina, clearer thinking, value intuition, and make heart-connections. Currently I am only doing Telehealth
I use many modalities depending upon your needs, This may include Family Therapy, Jungian-Archetypal psychology, Emotional Freedom Therapy (Tapping), Cognitive Behavioral, Person Centered, Transpersonal psychology. These approaches help people to cope better with relationship issues, and provide tools that people can make their own.
Families teach people how to be in the world, how to love, deal with conflict, and view roles. I believe that love is a verb, conflict can be made constructive, and that roles define relationship expectations. I help people gain insight and change difficult and stressful relationship interactions with compassion and clarity.
