“I believe that each of us has a natural ability to heal, but at times we feel stuck, impacting our relationships and sense of well-being. Whatever the cause of this dis-ease, healing and growth are possible. Using a powerful blend of traditional and holistic psychotherapies, I work with the spirit-mind-body connection to release unwanted patterns and beliefs as well as unresolved feelings.

I have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, PTSD, grief, and relationship issues. Recognizing that each individual is unique, we work together to develop a personal map for healing.

I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a modality that accelerates and deepens the healing process. I have also trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for the treatment of trauma, which is a gentle approach to healing trauma and restoring well-being. I look forward to working with you.”
