Mrs. Judith Lotspeich

I provide counseling to couples, families and individual adults and adolescents. I have experience treating people with a broad range of emotional and relational issues; these include anxiety, depression, and relationship conflict. I assist people in utilizing their strengths to believe in themselves and make changes that improve the quality of their lives and their relationships.

I believe each of us may reach our highest potential when we are willing to explore the themes and patterns in our lives honestly and creatively. I've learned that in life, the improbable happens. It's ok to both feel helpless at times and find resources and resilience from within and without. I can help.

My practice includes a therapy dog, and together we provide a setting of compassion, trust, hope, optimism, humor and positive change. Change allows one to live life with excellence but not perfection.
