Anxiety, loss, marriage & couple relationships, family conflicts, adoption & infertility, eating disorders, parenting challenges, career dilemmas, adult ADD ... clients work with me on these and a variety of other issues. My treatment approach is tailored to your age, culture, communication style, and other personal factors. I avoid gimmicks and trendy ideas that have not been demonstrated effective for long-term change. Even years after treatment, I hear from former clients who tell me that therapy made a lasting difference in their lives.

My goal is to help you change behaviors that interfere with your peace of mind and prevent you from moving forward with your personal or work life. For example, you may be in a relationship that brings more misery than joy, yet you cannot seem to improve it or end it.

I have practiced psychology for 25 years, helping clients of all ages. My faculty appointments include the Temple University School of Medicine and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I served as Program Director of Eating Disorders at Belmont Center for Comprehensive Treatment and Clinical Director of an NHS facility.
