“Do you need to breathe life and vitality into your relationship or your own personal well-being? I help people live with greater authenticity through improved relationship, communication, coping mechanisms, and insight to assist people in significantly reducing depression, anxiety and unhealthy dynamics in their lives. I am directive in therapy (with a solution-focused, DBT and cognitive behavioral approach), as most clients are seeking significant resolve to their conflict in a shorter session model of 5-10 sessions. I enjoy working with families and couples or individuals who have relationship concerns, abuse backgrounds, or depression. I enjoy working with adolescents as well.

I have specific training in relationship counseling, be it family or couples therapy, as my graduate degree is in marriage and family therapy. One of my strongest values as a therapist is to preserve marriages. I give feedback and assignments in therapy to move progress along faster.

I offer extended office hours, including evening (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and Saturday appointments.”
