I specialize in helping athletes and performers of all ages and backgrounds perform to the best of their abilites utilizing various mental skills. As the athlete develops and hones his/her mechanical skills, psychological skills play an even more important role in maximizing performance. As an all-american student-athlete at the collegiate and post-collegiate level, I understand the complexities of what an athlete faces. My passion for psychology and athletics helps me understand, identify, and inspire athletes of all abilities including at the professional level. I help by offering tools to improve the TOTAL person both on and off the field.

Sport psychological interventions are crucial in helping athletes perform at their optimal level. First, I do an individual assessment to understand what specific interventions are needed. I help with confidence building, reducing distractibility, improving focus, anxiety reduction, and improving/increasing "zone or flow" experiences during competition.

I am a patient and positive healing professional, and I enjoy inspiring people to be happier and more fulfilled on and off the field. Not many people are trained or qualified to offer the services I provide. I invite you to call me for any questions or concerns you may have.
