My passion and calling is to help people heal and progress along life's journey. By offering acceptance, compassion and quality professional practices, I work with clients to find hope and peace for their lives. It's important to me that clients feel empowered and encouraged to not only take care of themselves, but also find ways to have more meaningful relationships with others. I am committed to providing clients with a non-judgmental, safe and accepting alliance during times of distress, confusion, choice or change.
Areas of focus are: depression, anxiety, childhood issues, abuse, trauma, relationship & marital issues, self esteem & codependency. I have a variety of experience working with individuals & couples. In addition to a Masters Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, I have additional training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy & Emotionally Focused Therapy.
Hours are: Monday through Thursday 11:00 am to 7:30 pm & Fridays from 1 to 6 pm (or by appointment only). MasterCard and Visa accepted.
